Request Specimen Shipping Kits

Specimen shipping kits will be provided to each institution.  The institution can order these kits at no charge by contacting the Washington University Tissue Procurement Core Facility using the contact information below. 

Please provide:

• Name
• Phone number
• Complete FedEx shipping address
• Study protocol name
• Number for which kits are requested.

Kits will be sent and should be received in 3-4 days from the time of request.
